MFT MAY CARD DAY 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the My Favorite Things May Card Kit Countdown! Did you enjoy yesterday's previews of the Painted Prints Kit? Today, we have another round of projects to share with you using this wonderful kit.

To begin, I stamped the florals and the leaves on Smooth White card stock using Premium Dye Inks (colors are listed in the supplies section) and cut them out with the coordinating dies. Then, I die-cut Smooth White card stock with the Flower Vase Die-namics (free with a qualifying order over $60) and ink blended it with Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachios Distress Oxides.

I inked blended the front panel with Peach Bellini and Lemon Chiffon Premium Dye Inks. Then, I stamped the sentiment "Hello" from Brushstroke Expressions (also included in the kit) with Chocolate Brown Hybrid Ink. On top of the panel, I foam mounted a piece of trimmed Tim Holtz Woodgrain Paper that I distressed with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide.

I arranged the flowers behind the vase and adhered them to the card front as shown. To finish, I glued on a few Ivory Jewels and mounted the card front to an A2 sized top folding Peach Bellini Prestige card stock.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you'll join me again tomorrow for the Painted Prints Card Kit Release project!
