MFT - Wednesday Sketch challenge 430

Hello and welcome! I'm here today with the latest MFT Sketch Challenge.

My card inspired by the new sketch:

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the BB Bitty Bears and cut them out with the coordinating dies.

The background panel was ink blended with Tickled Pink, Lemon Chiffon and Sno Cone Premium Dye Inks.

The front panel was die-cut with the Heart Trio Shaker Window Die-namics.

The sentiment from the BB Bitty Bears was heat embossed in white and was ink blended with Tickled Pink. After I used a die from the Hearts in a Row - Vertical Die-namics to cut it out.

To finish, I adhered the front panel to the background panel. After, I foam mounted the bears and the sentiment to the card front as shown.

I hope you enjoyed my project. As always it's a fun sketch! I hope you'll play along with us. Visit the Card Challenges blog for information on the sketch challenge and for more inspiration from the participating design team members.

Hello! I'm so happy to announce that the MFT March Treat Kit is now available for purchase HERE at the MFT Shop

Custom products carefully curated for hours of creative play — that’s what MFT kits provide. Our coordinated collections are available as a single purchase product — no need to commit to a long-term subscription. The purchase price for the Treat Bag Topper Kit is $30.99.
If you’d prefer to purchase the individual components, you can do that too! The Treat Bag Topper Die-namics and each of the three treat bag options will be available for purchase at the same time as the kit.

For my last project, I created three baby shower favor bags.

To begin, I die-cut the baby clothes using the Bundle of Baby Clothes Die-namics and adhered the little hearts and star that I made using the die from the Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics on top.

I made the bows using the Stitched Beautiful Bows Die-namics.

I used the Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics again, this time using the circle tag die to make the tags.

I stamped the sentiment "Thank You" from the Sweet Celebration stamp set around the tag. After I adhered the bows along with the baby clothes on top of the tags.

Then, I made the treat bag topper by die-cutting pattern papers from the Petite Plaid Paper Pack and the Treat Bag Topper Die-namics.

I filled the treats in the Flat Treat Bags and adhered the treat bag tops as shown.

To finish, I adhered the tag on top of the treat bags.

ME STAMP HIGHLIGHT - CUPCAKE WISHES

Hello and welcome to the Mama Elephant March Release Stamp Highlight. Today the design team is highlighting the cutest Cupcake Wishes set.

I'm sharing a birthday card that features the Cupcake Wishes set along with the new Big Happy Birthday Creative Cuts.

To begin, I used the Cupcake Wishes stamp set and stamped the solid cupcake bottoms with dye inks. Then, I Copic colored the stamped images and cut all of them out with the coordinating Cupcake Wishes Creative Cuts.

For the sentiment, I die-cut white card stock with the Big Happy Birthday Creative Cuts six times and adhered them together.

The front panel was ink blended with the same dye inks that I used to stamp the cupcake bottoms. I added white dots on the panel as well with a gel pen.

To finish, I adhered the sentiment, foam mounted the images and added a few sparkling sequins as shown.

Thank you for visiting me! I hope you enjoyed my project.

MFT - MARCH BIRTHDAY PROJECT

Hello! I'm back again with the latest The Birthday Project challenge from MFT. The theme for this month is rainbows.
Rainbows are always the right choice — especially for celebratory occasions like birthdays! While we offer a number of options in our selection of stamps and Die-namics that are a literal representation of this iconic imagery, incorporating that cheery color combo can be done in an endless variety of ways. Get creative this month and share your rainbow-inspired birthday cards with us!

My card inspired by the challenge:

To begin, I Copic colored the little fairy from the Rainbows & Unicorns stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating dies.

I made the rainbows using the Once Upon a Rainbow Die-namics. I ink blended them with Grapesicle, Berrylicious, and  Cotton Candy Premium Dye Inks. I added Star Dust Stickles on the clouds for some sparkle.

For the cloud front panel, I used the Cloud stencil and the Berrylicious Premium Dye Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Rainbows & Unicorns stamp set with the same ink on the panel.

To finish, I added foam mounted the rainbows and the little fairy to the front panel with a few jewels as shown.

I hope you enjoyed my project. As always it's a challenge! I hope you'll play along with us. Visit the Card Challenges blog for information on The Birthday Project challenge and for more inspiration from the participating design team members.

ME STAMP HIGHLIGHT - WISH UPON A STAR

Hello and welcome to the Mama Elephant March Release Stamp Highlight. Today the design team is highlighting the sweetest new Wish Upon A Star set illustrated by Aida Zamora.

I made a trio of one layer cards featuring the Wish Upon A Star stamp set and the scallop frame from the All Prettied Up Creative Cuts.

For each card, I stamped the images as shown with light gray ink and colored them with Copic Markers for a soft colored look.

Few notes - I used the solid star stamps included in the stamp set for the pink and the blue stars using dye inks. I also used the masking technique on the card with the bunny sitting on the crescent moon to make it look like two of the clouds are behind the moon.

To finish, I die-cut each panel with the scallop frame from the All Prettied Up Creative Cuts for the beautiful scalloped look and foam mounted them to the A2 sized pastel cardstocks.

Thank you for visiting me! I hope you enjoyed my projects.
Happy stamping!
Hugs, Amy :)

The A2 sized front panel was die cut with the dies from the Triangle STAX Die-namics. I stamped the sentiment from the Love You Furever stamp set on this panel as shown.
