Hello and welcome to the MFT's Hits and Highlights.

The challenge for this month:

Holiday Favorites!
Bringing classic designs out of storage as the holidays approach each year is one of our favorite things to do — it’s always a treat to revisit those festive designs! Adding to that stash of products each year is equally exciting though…refreshing your collection with updated designs is exhilarating. This month, we’re challenging the team to combine their favorite MFT holiday classics with October Release products to come up with appealing new combinations to add to their stack of seasonal cards.

For my card today I used the BB Beast Friends stamp set, one of my favorite from the older release and combined it with the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics, Bitty Holiday Wishes stamp set and the Peace, Love, and Joy Stencil from the recent October release.

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the BB Beast Friends stamp set and cut them out with the coordinating BB Beast Friends Die-namics.

For the A2 sized front panel, I added Texture Paste with glitter to the A2 sized Sno Cone Cardstock using the Peace, Love, and Joy Stencil.

For the snow globe and the hill panels, I used the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics. The background of the snow globe was ink blended with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide. I used a white gel pen to add snow.

The trees on the snow globe were die-cut with the dies from the BB Beast Friends Die-namics.

The sentiment from the Bitty Holiday Wishes was stamped on Silver Glitter Cardstock base with Staz On ink.

To assemble the card, I foam mounted the snow globe panels to the front panel. I adhered the hill panels and the trees to the snow globe. I glued glitter on them to add sparkle. Lastly, I foam mounted the colored images to the snow globe as shown.
