The front panel was ink blended with Distress Oxides and die-cut with a die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics.  After, I added splatters of water and white dots with a gel pen. Once dried, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Best Fins stamp set.

The sand hill panel was die-cut with a die from the Under the Sea Die-namics and ink blended with Distress Oxides. After, I cut the panel with the same die I used for the front panel from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I added splatters of water here as well.

To assemble the card, I foam mounted the hill panel and adhered the colored images to create the scene as shown.

It's just not a birthday unless there's a party involved – even if it's of the paper variety! This month, our talented team is sharing projects that feature a party scene — grab a single set, or mix and mingle characters from a variety of collections to create a festive atmosphere perfect for celebrating the lucky birthday boy or girl.
