MFT - DECEMBER THE BIRTHDAY PROJECT

Hello! I'm back again with the latest The Birthday Project challenge from MFT. The theme for this month is Winter Wonderland.

It might be tough to have a birthday so close to the holidays but with the sparkling snow and twinkling lights, it can also be kind of magical. Celebrate the season by creating a winter wonderland on a birthday card — that's what our team was challenged to do this month and we think they rocked it.

My card inspired by the challenge:

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the BB Present Time Stamp Set and Die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The A2 size front panel was trimmed with Sno Cone Cardstock and ink blended with Summer Splash and little bit of Tropical Teal Premium Dye Inks.

The sentiments from the BB Present Time and Birdie Brown Greetings Galore Stamp Sets were heat embossed in white on the front panel.

The hill panels were die-cut with the dies from the Stitched Slimline Snow Drifts Die-namics and I used the non-stitched side.

To assemble the card, I adhered the snow drifts and added the colored images to the front panel as shown. To finish, I used a white gel pen to add the snow.
