MFT - WEDNEDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE #535

 Hello, crafty friends! It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another fun MFT Sketch Challenge. I hope you'll play along.

    My card inspired by the challenge:


 To begin making the card, I stamped the image from the BB Hug It Out stamp set and die-cut it with the coordinating die-namics.

For the front panel, I trimmed Princess Pink Prestige Card Stock and stenciled it using the Love is in the Air Stencil with Princess Pink Premium Dye Ink.

The tags were die-cut using a die from the Fold-up Tags Die-namics using Princess Pink Prestige Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock.

The sentiment from the BB Hug It Out stamp set was stamped on a trimmed white cardstock.

To assemble the card, I adhered the sentiment strip to the front panel card. I top I adhered the tags with a twine bow tie. On top of the front tag, I adhered the colored image as shown.

MFT / OUTSIDE THE BOX - BIRTHDAY CHALLANGE

 HI! I'm playing along with MFT - Outside the Box challenge. The challenge for this month is to make birthday-themed box cards.

My card inspired by the challenge:


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the SY Kissing Booth stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The box card was made using the Outside the Box Die-namics, Outside the Box Low Profile Add-On Die-namics, and the Outside the Box Grassy Hills Die-namics with MFT cardstock and pattern paper. I assembled the box card as shown.

The sentiment from the SY Kissing Booth was stamped and die-cut with a die from the Skinny Strips Die-namic and adhered to the front of the box.

To finish, I adhered the colored images to the box card to create my scene as shown.

MFT COLOR CHALLENGE

  Hello, crafty friends! I'm back with the latest MFT Color Challenge #162. 

My card inspired by the challenge:



To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the RAM Rainy Day Friends stamp set and die-cut it with the coordinating Die-namics.

For the front panel, I used the Rectangle Extraordinaire and the Mini Cloud Stencil and ink blended it with Eiffel Tower Premium Dye Ink. Once dried, I stamped the panel with the raindrops from the RAM Rainy Day Friends stamp set and heat embossed it in white. I also used a white gel pen to add more raindrops.

The sentiment from the RAM Rainy Day Friends stamp set was stamped on the front panel.

To finish, I added the images to the front panel as shown.

MFT - CATS & PLANTS CARD KIT RELEASE DAY

 Great news! The MFT's Cats & Plants Card Kit is now available for purchase. Before you go shopping I have one more project to share with using this fun and adorable kit.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Housecats stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics. 

The plants were die-cut using the Houseplants Die-namics with MFT card stocks and assembled as shown.

The plant perches were die-cut using the Free with $60 Cat & Plants Perches Die-namics with MFT card stocks.

The patterned paper on the front panel is from the Wallpaper Patterns Paper Pad. I adhered the trimmed paper to an A2 size top folding card base. After, I stamped the sentiment from the Housecats stamp set on the bottom of the card front.

To finish, I adhered all the die-cuts to the card front to create my scene as shown.

MFT - CATS & PLANTS CARD KIT / DAY 1

  Hello and welcome to Day 1of the MFT's Cats & Plants Card Kit countdown. This fun and adorable kit will be available tomorrow, March 23 at 10AM EDT.

My card inspired by the kit:



To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the House Cats stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The floor of the front panel was ink blended with Distress Oxide Ink. To create the window opening I die-cut the panel with the window die from the Window Dressings Die-namics. 

The sentiment from the Housecats Card Kit Exclusive stamp set was heat embossed onto the front panel

The window and the dressings were die-cut using the Window Dressings Die-namics using MFT card stocks and patterned paper from the Wallpaper Patterns Paper Pad.

The plants were die-cut using the Houseplants Die-namics using MFT card stocks. After, I assembled it as shown.

The create the sky behind the window I ink blended the front of a top folding card base with Distress Oxide Ink. After, I adhered one of the colored cats.

To assemble the card, I adhered the front panel to the card base. Then, I adhered the window and the dressings, the cat, and the plants as shown to create my scene.

MFT - CATS & PLANTS CARD KIT / DAY 2

 Hello and welcome to Day 2 of the MFT Cats & Plants Card Kit countdown. This fun and adorable kit will be available on Tuesday, March 23 at 10AM EDT.

My card inspired by the kit:



To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Housecats stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

For the front panel, I used pattern paper from the Wallpaper Patterns Paper Pad. After trimming it to the size I wanted, I die-cut the panel with a window die from the Window Dressings Die-namics to create an opening.

On the A2 size top folding card base, I ink blended the clouds using the Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink with the Micro cloud Edges. Then, I adhered the front panel on the top as shown.

The window with the accessories was die-cut using the Window Dressing Die-namics. I adhered it to the front panel as shown.

The sentiment from the Housecats was stamped on the card front.

To finish, I adhered the colored images to the front panel to create my scene as shown.

MFT - WEDNESDAY SKETCH CHALLANGE #533

 Hello, crafty friends! It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another fun MFT Sketch Challenge. I hope you'll play along.

    My card inspired by the challenge:


To begin, I die-cut the plane and the clouds using the Amazing Airplane Die-namics using MFT cardstocks and assembled it as shown.

The sentiment from the Banner Day Sentiments was stamped and die-cut with the Banner Die-namics.

The little rabbit is from the High Flying Adventure stamp set and colored with Copics. I used the coordinating Die-namics to die-cut it. After, I adhered to the plane.

The front panel was ink blended with MFT Premium Dye Inks. For the hills, I used the Drifts & Hills Stencil.

To finish, I adhered the clouds, and the airplane with sentiment banner to the front panel as shown.

MFT AND FRIENDS -MARCH RELEASE

 Hello and welcome to the MFT and Friends featuring the March release!

My card today features the adorable Lucky Duck stamp set from the new release.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Lucky Ducks stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The box card was made using MFT cardstocks and patterned paper with the Shadow Box Die-namics and the Outside the Box Clouds Die-namics. I assembled the pieces as shown.

The sentiment from the Lucky Ducks stamp set was heat embossed and trimmed.

To finish, I adhered the colored images and the sentiment to the box card to create my scene as shown.
