Love Shaker Die (Sale) - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello crafty friends!  Awesome news, for two days (February 12th-13th) you can save 20% off the Love Shaker die from Pretty Pink Posh. I think this die is great for any love themed cards such as anniversaries, weddings, valentine's day.  For today, I used the die to make a shaker heart to go on a small gift bag.  Let's take a look!

To make the shaker heart, I die-cut pink glitter cardstock with Love Shaker die. I used the negative die-cut to trace the heart on the acetate (used a thin sharpie) and pink cardstock. Using a scissor I trimmed it slightly inside the drawn lines. I adhered the acetate to the die-cut heart and mounted foam tape around it. I added the Iridescent Heart Confetti Mix and closed it with the pink heart.

For the gift bag, I used Mama Elephant's Favor Bag Creative Cuts. I used the dies to cut out the pieces and before assembling the bag I stamped the hearts from Love Sentiments using dye inks to add more interest. To finish, I assembled the bag and added a bow on top.
