Happy Friday everyone! I'm stopping by today to share a floral shaker card using Pretty Pink Posh products.
To begin, I stamped the beautiful flowers and leaves from Cherry Blossoms and Wild Rose (just the leaves) stamp sets with Versamark ink and embossed it in white. After I water colored the images, I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
I inked the background panel with Distress Inks in Peeled Paint, Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, and Tattered Rose. I spritzed it with water to add texture. Once dried, I randomly glued on some Jewels.
I die-cut A2 sized white cardstock with Stitched Notes frame die to make the window panel. Next, I adhered trimmed acetate behind the frame and adhered two layers of foam mounting tape around the borders.
To assemble the card, I placed jewels for the shaker element on the background panel and mounted the window panel on top. To finish, I adhered the die-cut flowers and leaves and die-cut Hello Friend Script to the card front.
Hugs, Amy
Beautiful card! I always enjoy your work.
ReplyDeleteAmy, this card is beautiful. I think the soft pastel colors are just perfect for spring. Thanks for the inspiration.
