Mama Elephant May Stampede

Today, I'm showcasing three new products from the May Release: Oh Happy Day, She's So Lovely and Basic Rectangles Creative Cuts.


To begin, I ink blended the background panel using Crushed Olive, Spiced Marmalade, and Worn Lipstick Distress Inks. I added splatters of water with the Distress Sprayer.


To make the window frame, I used the two largest dies from the Basic Rectangles Creative Cuts and die-cut white cardstock.


 I trimmed acetate to the size of the frame and stamped the large sentiment flowers using the Oh Happy Day stamp set and heat embossed it in white. I adhered the acetate behind the window frame and added two layers of foam tape behind it. After adding varieties of sparkling clear sequins, I mounted the frame to the background.


I colored the stamped girl from She's So Lovely with Copic markers and cut it out with the coordinating die. I stamped the sentiment from the same set and heat embossed it in silver.

To finish, I adhered the adorable little girl and the trimmed sentiment to the front window as shown.
