MFT JANUARY RELEASE COUNTDOWN DAY 2

Hello and welcome to the MFT January Release Countdown Day 4! All of the amazing new products will be available on Tuesday, January 8th at 10AM EST. Make sure to stop by the MFT Blog during the countdown to see the full reveal.

For my project today, I made a fun snowglobe like valentines' day card using the new Cutieasaurus set. The design was inspired by a Hallmark Christmas card I received recently.

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Cutieasaurus set and cut them out with the coordinating die-namics.

To make the dome panels for the background and the front acetate I used the largest die from the Stitched Dome Frames and traced the top of the dome with a sharpie and extended the rest with a ruler and cut them out with a scissor.

To make the grass panels, I die-cut trimmed Sour Apple Cardstock with the Grassy Hill Panels. I heat embossed the sentiment onto the front grass panel.

The mountains were die-cut with the Snow-Capped Mountains and I ink blended with Distress Oxides.

The background panel was also ink blended with Distress Oxides. I adhered the die-cut clouds to the background that I made using the Puffy Clouds Die-namics.

To finish, I assembled the card as shown.

Thank you so much for visiting me today! I'll see you again tomorrow for Countdown Day 1!

How did you attach the 3 panels to the base? Looks like there's a slit in the base.
