Hello and welcome to the MFT October Release Countdown! Just one more day until the new release! The products will be available tomorrow, October 8th at 10AM EST. Make sure to stop by the MFT Blog during the countdown to see the full reveal.

My card today is a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" square card that features the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics, Classic Snow Globe Shaker Pouche, and the Snowfall - Vertical Stencil.  All from the new release!

To begin making the card, I used the window die from the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics and die-cut trimmed Neenah Desert Storm 100lb. Then, on the panel, I applied textured paste using the Snowfall - Vertical Stencil to create snow.

For the snowman and the hills inside the globe, I used the dies from the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics. The trees in the background I used the dies from the Snowy Scene Builder Die-namics and added snow with a white gel pen.

The background of the snowglobe was die-cut with the window die from the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics and ink blended with Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink. I added splatters of water and white ink to add snow.

The base of the snowglobe was die-cut with a die from the Classic Snow Globe Die-namics using Neenah Desert Storm 100lb. After I stamped the base with the Wood Plank Background and Milk Chocolate Hybrid Ink Pad.

The sentiment from the Bitty Holiday Wishes stamp set was white heat embossed on Blu Raspberry card stock and die-cut with the die from the skinny Strips Die-namics.

To assembled the card, I adhered the background to a top folding card base. Then, I adhered the trees, the hills and the snowman with Diamond Dust (for the shaker element) on the background panel. Next, I adhered the Classic Snow Globe Shaker Pouch on top. After, I adhered the front panel on the top as shown. Lastly, I foam mounted the sentiment and the base on the snowglobe on the front panel.

That's it for today. I hope you enjoyed my project. See you again tomorrow for my MFT and Friends project featuring the October Release products. Happy stamping!

Hugs, Amy :)
