MFT / OUTSIDE THE BOX - FLOWERS

HI! I'm playing along with MFT - Outside the Box challenge. The challenge for this month is to make a box card with flowers.

This time of year, flowers are bursting out all over in a riot of color and fragrance. Bringing that joyous sensibility to your cards is an exciting way of integrating the season into your crafting, and a box card is a perfect vessel for showcasing the dimension of your fields of wildflowers or carefully arranged bouquets. This month, the design team is putting on their metaphorical gardening gloves to share their ideas for floral box cards — won’t you join them?

My card inspired by the challenge:

To begin, I stamped the fairy from the Flower Fairies from the stamp set and die-cut it with the coordinating Die-namics.

The flowers were die-cut using the Box Card Bouquet Die-namics using MFT Card Stocks and I assembled them as shown.

The box card was made using the Outside the Box Die-namics and the Outside the Box Low Profile Add-On Die-namics. The grass panels were die-cut using the Outside the Box Grass Die-namics. I assembled the box card as shown.

The sentiment from the Flower Fairies was stamped and heat embossed and die-cut with a die from the Outside the Box Low Profile Add-On Die-namics.

To finish, I adhered the flowers, the fairy, and the sentiment to the box card as shown.

That's it for today. Thank you so much for stopping by. Visit the MFT Blog for more information on the Out of the Box Challenge and for more inspiration from the participating design team members.

Be well and stay safe!
Happy stamping!
