MFT - APRIL RELEASE COUNTDOWN DAY 5

Hello and welcome to the MFT April Release Countdown Kickoff! All of the amazing new products will be available on Tuesday, April 12th at 10AM EST. Make sure to stop by the MFT Blog every day for the next five days to see the full reveal

My card today features the YUZU Shout It from the Rooftops  stamp set and coordinating Die-namics from the new release.


To begin, I stamped the images from the Shout It From the Rooftops stamp set and colored them with Copic markers. After, I die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics. 

To create the front panel, I stamped the buildings from the Shout It From the Rooftops stamp set and masked the image to ink blend the moon and the night sky using Distress Oxide Inks. After I added splatters of white paint to create the stars. Once dried I heat embossed the sentiment "Hello" using the stamp from the same stamp set. I removed the mask and colored the buildings with Copic markers.

To finish, I foam mounted the colored images to the to the front panel as shown.

MFT - Wednesday Sketch Challenge 586

Hello! It's Wednesday and means there's a new Sketch Challenge #586 over at the MFT Blog.

My card inspired by the challenge:

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the You're Ext-ROAR-dinary and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The front panel was ink blended Grassy Edges Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks to match the sketch. After, I added white dots with a gel pen. 

The sentiment from the  You're Ext-ROAR-dinary  was heat embossed in white on JalapeƱo Popper Card Stock and die-cut with a die from the Skinny Strips Die-namics.

To finish, I adhered the colored images and the sentiment to the card front as shown.

MFT - Flower Birthday Card

Hello there! Today I'm sharing a sweet birthday card using the Flower Bouquet Die-namics, the Flower Bouquet Builder Stencil, and the Stylish Happy Birthday Die-namics from MFT.



To begin, I made the flower A2 size background panel using the Flower Bouquet Builder Stencil with MFT Premium Dye Inks. 

The die-cut flowers and leaves were made using the Flower Bouquet Die-namics with MFT Card Stocks. I used the Flower Bouquet Builder Stencil on top of the die-cuts with MFT Premium Dye Inks.

The sentiment was die-cut using the Stylish Happy Birthday Die-namics using MFT Card Stocks. 

To assemble the card, I adhered trimmed MFT Vellum paper on top of the background panel. Next, I adhered the flowers and the leaves on the corners. To finish, I adhered the sentiment to the center of the vellum.

MFT - STYLISH BOUQUET CARD KIT RELEASE DAY

Hello there! The MFT - Stylish Bouquet Card Kit is now available for purchase at the MFT Shop.


My birthday card today features the products from the new Stylish Bouquet Card Kit.

To begin, I ink blended the trimmed front panel with MFT Premium Dye Ink Pads and added dots with Copic Markers. I stamped the sentiment Happy Birthday from the Stylish Bouquet Stamp Set. After, I adhered the front panel to an A2 size trimmed pattern paper from the Colorful Canvas Paper Pad.

The bouquet wrap was die-cut using the Bouquet Wrap Die-namics using pattern paper from the Colorful Canvas Paper Pad and Vellum Paper. After, I assembled wrap and adhered it to the front panel.

The flowers and leaves were die-cut using the Flower Bouquet Die-namics with MFT Card Stocks and I added details with the Bouquet Builder Stencil using MFT Premium Dye Ink Pads. To finish, I arranged and adhered the flowers and the leaves to the front panel as shown.

MFT - STYLISH BOUQUET CARD KIT DAY 1

Hello and welcome to the MFT - Stylish Bouquet Card Kit Countdown Day 1. This wonderful kit will be available for purchase tomorrow, March, 22nd and 10AM EST at the MFT Shop.



To begin making the shaker card, I ink blended the background panel using Distress Oxides Inks. I added splatters of the ink. After, I die-cut the panel with the largest die from the A2 Rectangle Frames Die-namics. I adhered the inside panel to an A2 size top folding card base, and added the clear jewels. Then, I adhered the large Rectangle Shaker Pouch to the card base to hold in the jewels. After, I adhered the die-cut rectangle frame on top of the shaker pouch.

The flowers and leaves were die-cut using the Flower Bouquet Die-namics with MFT Card Stocks and I used the Flower Bouquet Builder Stencil over the die-cuts using MFT Premium Dye Ink Pads. I arranged and adhered the flowers and the leaves on top of the shaker pouch. 

The sentiment was die-cut using the Stylish Happy Birthday Die-namics using Cotton Candy Card Stock and the bottom was ink blended with Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink. To finish, the sentiment was adhered to the top of the shaker pouch.

MFT - OUTSIDE THE BOX CHALLANGE / Floral

Hello and welcome to MFT Outside the Box Challenge for March. The challenge for this month is to create a floral box card.

My card inspired by the challenge:


My begin, I die-cut the box card using the Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics. The back panel was ink blended with the Cloud Stencil and Distress Oxide Ink. The grass panels were die-cut using the Outside the Box Grassy Hills Die-namics using Sour Apple Card Stock. The side panels were die-cut using the pattern paper from the MSTN Pretty in Plaid Paper Pad. The fence was die-cut using the Heartfelt Fence Die-namics. I assembled the box as shown to create my scene.

The flowers were die-cut using the Stitched Garden Die-namics  The birds were die-cut using the Birds of a Feather Die-namics. I used MFT Card Stock for die-cutting the birds and the flowers and they were assembled as shown. I added some detailing to the flowers with Copic markers. After, I adhered them to the box card.

The sentiment from the Tweet Greetings was heat embossed on Cotton Candy Card Stock and die-cut with a die from the Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics. To finish, I adhered the sentiment to the front of the box card.

MFT - MARCH SLIMLINE CHALLENGE / SPRING SCENE

Hello and welcome to the MFT's Slimline Challenge. The challenge for this month is to create a spring scene card. 

My card inspired by the challenge:


To begin. I Copic colored the stamped images from the BB Hanging with My Gnomies and die-cut them with the coordinating BB Hanging with My Gnomies Die-namics.

The front panel was die-cut with a die from the Slimline Starter Die-namics and ink blended with Distress Oxide Ink. After, I heat embossed the sentiment from the BB Hanging with My Gnomies.

The grass panel was die-cut with Sour Apple Card Stock and die -cut with a frame die from the  Slimline Starter Die-namics and then with the Slimline Grassy Hills Die-namics. I ink blended the top of the grass panel with Distress Oxide Ink.

To finish, I adhered the grass panel and the colored images to the front panel as shown to create my scene.

MFT & Friends / February Release

Hello and welcome to the MFT & Friends featuring the amazing March release products. The release is now available for purchase at the MFT Shop.

My interactive circle-shaped card today features the SY Happy Mail stamp set and the coordinating Die-namics from the new release.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamp images from the 
SY Happy Mail stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The three circle panels were die-cut with the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. On the background panel, I used the Cloud Stencil with DIstress Oxides Inks to create the clouds.

For the grass panels, I die-cut Sour Apple Card Stock Slimline Grassy Hills Die-namics. After, I die-cut the panels with a die from the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics to make them into circle shapes. I ink blended the tops of the grass with Distress Oxide Ink and used a white gel pen to add the white dots. I adhered the three grass panels together.

The sentiment was heat embossed on Sour Apple Card Stock and die-cut with a die from the Skinny Strips Die-namics.

To assemble the card, I folded the largest circle panel in half. I adhered the background panel to the back and the grass panel to the front of the folded circle panel. To finish, I adhered the colored images and the sentiment to the card front as shown.

MFT - MARCH RELEASE COUNTDOWN DAY 2

My card today features the Paradise Pals and the Welcome to Adventure stamp sets and the coordinating Die-namics from the new release.

To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Paradise Pals and the Welcome to the Adventure stamp stamp sets and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The front panel was ink blended using Cloud Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink.

The grass panels were die-cut using the Slimline Grassy Hills Die-namics using Sour Apple Card Stock and trimmed to fit the A2 size panel. The tops of the grass panels were ink blended using the Distress Oxide Ink. After I added splatters of the Distress Oxide Ink and white Ink. 

To finish, I adhered the grass panels and the color images using double-sided tape and foam tape to create my scene.

MFT - MARCH RELEASE COUNTDOWN 3

My card today features the RAM Over the Rainbow stamp set and the coordinating Die-namics.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the RAM Over the Rainbow stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics. 

The A2 size front panel was ink blended with Distress Oxide Inks. I added splatters of water and once dried I heat embossed the sentiment from the RAM Over the Rainbow stamp set.

The cloud panels were die-cut using the Stitched Rolling Clouds Edges Die-namics and ink blended with Distress Oxides and once again I added splatters of water.

To assemble the card, I adhered the cloud panels and foam mounted the color images as shown to create my scene.

MFT - MARCH RELEASE COUNTDOWN 1

Hello and welcome to the MFT March Release Countdown! There is only one day left before the amazing new products will be available for purchase tomorrow, March 8th at 10 AM EDT. Make sure to stop by the MFT Blog every day during the countdown to see the product reveals and inspirations.

My card today features the TI You Make My Heart Race stamp set and coordinating Die-namics and the MSTN Pretty in Plaid from the new release.


To begin, I Copic the stamped image from the TI You Make My Heart Race stamp set and die-cut it with the coordinating Die-namics. 

The front panel and the panel behind it was die-cut with the dies from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics. The front panel was ink blended with Distress Oxide Inks and then added splatters of water to create a textured look. After I foam mounted the color image and the sentiment on top.

The sentiment from the TI You Make My Heart Race stamp set was heat embossed on Tropical Teal Card Stock and trimmed.

To assemble the card, I adhered an A2 size patterned paper from the MSTN Pretty in Plaid on top of the A2 size top folding card base. Then I adhered the two panels on top as shown.

My card today features the Blooming Friendship stamp set and coordinating Die-namics along with the Repeating Rainbows Background stamp from the new release.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Blooming Friendship stamp set and die-cut them using the coordinating dies.

The A2 size front panel was heat embossed using the Repeating Rainbows Background stamp and ink blended with Distress Oxides Inks.

For the frame, I used the Stitched Collage Frame Die-namics to create the mini-scenes. I die-cut the frame 5 times and adhered them together to add dimension.

The sentiment from the Blooming Friendship stamp set was stamped and trimmed.

To finish, I adhered the frame to the front panel and adhered the colored images and the sentiment as shown.

My card today features the BUBBLY BIRTHDAY stamp set and the coordinating Die-namics from the new release.


To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the BUBBLY BIRTHDAY stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The front panel was ink blended with the Distress Oxides Inks and I added splatters of water to create texture.

The sandy floor was ink blended using the Perfect Pool Water Stencil with Distress Oxides Inks and die-cut with a die from the Stitched Slimline Snow Drifts and used the non-stitched side. After, I heat embossed the sentiment from the  Island Shell-ebration stamp set.

To finish, I adhered the sandy floor panel with the colored images to create my scene as shown.

MFT - WEDNESDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE #583

Hello and welcome to MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #583

Below is my card inspired by the challenge:





To begin, I Copic colored the stamped images from the Best Of Friends stamp set and die-cut them with the coordinating Die-namics.

The four front panels were trimmed to match the sketch and ink blended it with Distress Oxides. After, I foam mounted the colored images to the panels to create my scenes.

The sentiment from the Bitty Thanks- Gratitude was heat embossed on Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and die-cut with the Skinny Strips Die-namics.

The hearts were die-cut using Cotton-candy Card Stock and the heart dies from the Tag Builder Blueprints. They were added to the four panels.

To finish, I foam mounted the four panels and the sentiment to the card front.
